## Fixed

- Fixed handling of building of `BoxOp`s appended directly to a `qiskit.QuantumCircuit`. This fixes issues where the `BoxOp.body.qubits` are different than those on the containing circuit, and ensures arguments on a `Samplex` are in the correct order.
