There is currently no explanation type of documentation in Qiskit projects. `This PR <https://github.com/Qiskit/qiskit-terra/pull/8685>`_ will add
explanation section to Qiskit(-Terra) documentation site with one explanation. We will add more
examples here after we add them to the documentation site.
