state_vector (QuasiDistribution | Statevector | ndarray | dict) – state vector or counts or quasi-probabilities.

Returns:

binary string as numpy.ndarray of ints.

ValueError – if state_vector is not QuasiDistribution, Statevector, np.ndarray, or dict.
